We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Checked out with a phone number only (no email)? If you placed your order using only a phone number, you won't be able to access the customer account link above, since that login requires an account linked to an email address. Instead, use the link included in your order confirmation SMS to request your return, or email us directly at robertlampsif@hotmail.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item — ideally with photo or video proof — so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Products made to the customer's own specifications (e.g., a lamp with a custom name, text, photo, or measurements requested by the customer)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Note: standard catalog lamp designs (e.g., team, character, or theme designs chosen from our existing collection) are NOT considered "personalized" under EU consumer law just because they are handmade — only items with genuine customer-specific input (custom text, photos, measurements, etc.) qualify for this exemption. Sale/discounted items also remain eligible for return within the 14-day EU withdrawal period below.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification, starting from the day you receive the item.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision within that period (through your customer account or at robertlampsif@hotmail.com). From that notification, you have 14 additional calendar days to physically return the item to us.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. This right does not apply to items made to your own specifications, as listed under Exceptions above.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
For EU customers: once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund the full amount — including the cost of original standard shipping — within 14 calendar days of that notification. We may withhold the refund until we've received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever comes first. If you chose an upgraded shipping method, only the standard-shipping equivalent will be refunded.
For all other customers: we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at robertlampsif@hotmail.com.
This policy reflects the general requirements of EU consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), as well as our standard store policy for non-EU customers. Please confirm legal compliance with independent legal counsel before publishing.
